I had surgery 4 years ago, but I'm dissatisfied with the shape and want to do it again. Is there any clinic that does natural-looking noses? Right now it’s too straight, so my face looks long, and it keeps stressing me outㅠㅠ I looked into it diligently, but heard there are many brokers, so I got startled and am asking again.. I wish it would turn out like the photo

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
