I had hump osteotomy and only nasal tip surgery using ear cartilage, and it has been about 35 years since the surgery. This did not happen before, but lately the inside of my nose keeps stinging from time to time, folliculitis develops on the skin of the nasal tip, nasal ala, and under the nose, and the mucous membrane area immediately to the right below the nostril and columella feels like it is showing white. So I went to dermatology, plastic surgery, and ENT clinics, but they all only said it was rhinitis and seasonal-change symptoms and that there was no problem. These symptoms have continued for almost a month, so I am so anxious If surgery is done only with ear cartilage without using an implant, they say inflammation does not occur, and even if it does…
