For those who have had removal, how was it? I’m debating between full removal + nasal tip cartilage repositioning, full removal + nasal tip cartilage repositioning, or only using MegaDerm on the nasal bridge ㅠㅠ Since I had closed rhinoplasty 12 years ago, I absolutely have to do it closed. Has anyone by any chance had MegaDerm only on the nasal bridge?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
