Around March, I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. I didn't make it that high, and my skin is on the sensitive side. The second photo was taken slightly from the side. Not long ago, I noticed something protruding in the middle. It didn't feel like hard bone, but more like something hardened, so I thought about picking at it, then lightly pricked it with a needle, and pus, inflammatory yellow fluid came out. After that, when I looked, there was nothing hard, and when I touched it, the shape didn't seem to have any particular problem, but that area is always that color, and the very center of the red area seems white. Except for that color, the nose seems to be the same...
