Removal of septal extension

When I read reviews from people who had implant-free septal extension removal, they said recovery after removal tends to be faster than after the surgery. While living day to day, are you able to live comfortably without paying attention to it, like your original nose? How much time has to pass at minimum for that to be possible? Of course it differs from person to person, but honestly, when I read reviews, people seemed to return to daily life soon after surgery, so I wondered whether they were just enduring the discomfort and putting up with it, or whether it really felt like nothing. Also, many people seem to have removal because of the foreign-body sensation from the septum, heaviness in the nose, and a feeling like wearing a nose ring. If it’s removed, do those really disappear right away? After removal, if you go through the contraction phase and the nose becomes firm, does the nose become heavy again…
