Hello, I'm on day 10 after non-implant rhinoplasty. It seems like most of the swelling has gone down to some extent. All the bruising on my face is gone. But I don't think the surgery went well. I really wanted it to look natural, but my nose has become too pointy, so I'm thinking about removal. First of all, as far as I know, the surgery was hump reduction, medial and lateral osteotomy, fascia from behind the ear laid down, nasal tip with septal cartilage, dorsum with ear cartilage, septal support strut, about that much. From what I see, I think the osteotomy was done too much, so from the nasal bridge to before the nasal tip it feels too straight, and because of that my nose looks long too… Ha, my previous nose was really so…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
