I’m not sure whether this is alar cartilage reconstruction or the functional side, but could anyone recommend a clinic that is good at alar cartilage or spreader grafting?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
