After a lot of thought, people around me also said ㅅㅅㅇ seemed a bit better, and my own mind was somehow drawn to ㅅㅅㅇ too, so I’m ultimately going to switch. As for whether to tie the nasal tip, they said they’ll first do repositioning and then the doctor will decide, so I wonder if it might be better to just leave it to them. They said they would do a closed approach, but since I’m not sure exactly what has been manipulated in my nose, I’m just going to do an open approach. I really hope this is the very, very, very, very, very, very final decision I’m so scared. Still, if anyone here has had removal at ㅅㅅㅇ, even anonymously, I’d really appreciate a comment…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 29 Has anyone here gone for a revision surgery consultation?
It’s been exactly 10 years now. But I think my nasal tip started drooping about 4–5 years ago. Back then it was just like, “my nasal tip has dropped a bit,” but now the tip has drooped so much that my nasal bridge looks like it’s…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 29 A place that handles rib cartilage well would be best, right?
I'm thinking about revision rhinoplasty, and I think a place that handles rib cartilage well would be good. Since it's a revision surgery, after all... I think using rib cartilage would be better than ear cartilage. Would Naturalism, OM…
