Nose Re-Surgery

Has anyone here gone for a revision surgery consultation?

It’s been exactly 10 years now. But I think my nasal tip started drooping about 4–5 years ago. Back then it was just like, “my nasal tip has dropped a bit,” but now the tip has drooped so much that my nasal bridge looks like it’s protruding (not a hump nose). I feel like it’s time for revision surgery now, so I’m looking into clinics for revision rhinoplasty. It was so long ago that I don’t remember exactly what procedures I had done? I don’t necessarily have to find that out from the hospital where I had the previous surgery, right? I feel like everything would show if they take CT images, but would it be okay to just go for a consultation? It was done a long time ago, but it wasn’t L-shaped silicone, and if I get revision rhinoplasty this time, I want to remove the silicone and use autologous rib cartilage or septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Since it’s revision surgery, autologous rib cartilage would definitely be better, right? I’m looking at Almond/431 for clinics, so if anyone has had revision rhinoplasty, please share some info .. I really want to properly fix the drooping nasal tip
