I had consultations for nasal tip removal and reconstruction. My nasal tip only has ear cartilage and septal extension. The silicone had contracture, so I had it removed at the hospital that did it. After removal, the nasal tip cartilage remaining in my nose swelled up severely once, and since then, whenever I’m tired or something, it swells slightly from time to time. Pinching beside the nose, around the nasal valve and external nasal valve. I went for revision consultations for total removal. A: No need for total removal, come if you want to reconstruct the pinched area on the side. B: No need for total removal, and even if you do it, the shape could get even worse; if this is the reason for surgery, it’s better not to do it.
