I had my nose surgery with silicone and septal cartilage. I went to a plastic surgery clinic and had a consultation, and I was very satisfied with the consultation, but there’s something I’m unsure about. It’s been a little over 1 year since the surgery, and when I asked about whether there was any capsular scar tissue, they said that since it hasn’t been that long since the surgery, there probably wouldn’t be much capsular scar tissue. I thought that when silicone is inserted, a capsule forms around the silicone, but since the director said there probably wouldn’t be much, I’m not sure. Is it really true that there’s almost no capsule or scar tissue?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
