I think it’s been about 2-3 years since I had my nose implant removed, and I had it done about 6 months after the surgery. I left the septal cartilage in and removed the silicone, and there isn’t a big difference from my original nose, though the area between the eyes may have become slightly flatter… Still, maybe because I left the septal cartilage in, the shape itself seems just very slightly better than before, but it’s a really subtle difference… You can basically think of it as nothing having changed at all. Anyway, since I left the septal cartilage in, it feels like I went back to my old nose, just with a firm nasal tip, and I don’t regret the removal hehe
