Most of the hospitals I went to said that for revision surgery, they would support the nasal tip by using ear cartilage for a columellar strut + layering it. Has anyone here had it done this way? I’m also worried because I heard that if you do a columellar strut, the foreign-body sensation can be pretty bad..
Right now my nasal tip is soft, but I’m thinking of doing it again because the implant is showing through and cartilage is protruding at the nostril wing.
If the shape doesn’t last this time either, I’d have to use rib cartilage, but I don’t want to do that
