Cartilage show-through and dermis from behind the ear

I went for a consultation about removal because of cartilage show-through, and they said the skin at my nasal tip has become so thin that even after removal, they would need to reinforce it with dermis from behind the ear. I really want this to be my last surgery, but there won’t be any side effects, right? Like if it gets absorbed, the nasal tip becomes bumpy, or the scar behind the ear is severe… But usually when removing because of cartilage show-through, does everyone tend to do dermal reinforcement? It’s only been about 5 months since my surgery, but they already said my skin has thinned and that dermis needs to be added, so I’m really worriedㅠㅠ And I was planning to have surgery after it had been 1 year, but …
