I’m planning to get nose revision surgery, and if I do it this time, it will be my third time. I think the first and second were both done with septal cartilage. For the next cartilage, would it be better to use ear cartilage, or donated costal cartilage? If I want it high, would donated costal cartilage be better? Ear cartilage can’t raise it as much as donated costal cartilage, but they say the final option is costal cartilage. Everyone ㅠㅜ please help
