I had a strut and extension done with septal cartilage, and when doing total removal, can’t they remove that, reuse it, and reconstruct with it? Looking at a certain blog, there were methods like the photo for reconstruction surgery too. If done like this, I feel like the front part of the nose wouldn’t be uncomfortable even if moved left and right, and I’m scared of getting a saddle nose.
