Among everyone here who had nasal tip cartilage removed because of visible cartilage, how many also had dermal reinforcement? If you had it removed, please tell me how many months or years post-op you were, and whether you only removed the cartilage or also had dermal reinforcement. I am going to have it removed because of visible cartilage, but unless the skin is so thin that the cartilage is practically about to pierce through the nasal tip, the show-through should disappear even without dermal reinforcement, rightㅠ
