Where else is good for revision rhinoplasty and handles autologous costal cartilage well? I heard ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅂ are good with difficult revision noses or implant-free rhinoplasty, so I’ve already been to those two. I’d appreciate recommendations excluding thoseㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
