Skilled doctors probably make the nose look pretty and also make sure the inside of the nose doesn’t feel uncomfortable. I’m annoyed by the cartilage sticking out sharply on the upper inner side of my nose too. The foreign-body sensation is different on both sides, the thickness of the columella inside is different too, and the foreign-body sensation is no joke ㅠ It’s been about 4 months and I still can’t get used to it. I normally don’t get anything on my skin, but lately I don’t know why I’m getting tiny bumps like closed comedones along the nose line ㅜ It can’t be because of the silicone, right? ㅜ My nose and nostrils were made crooked, so I had an early correction, and I’m trying to just live with it, but the foreign-body sensation inside my nose is no joke ㅜ Is it a difference in surgical skill? Friends whose surgeries went well say the inside of their noses feels comfortable too

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
