I fractured my nose when I was young and developed a deviated septum. I’ve also heard that even if you have surgery for a deviated septum, the effect is temporary, so please share reviews from people who’ve had it. Oh, and while having septum surgery, is it possible to correct a hump and touch up the nasal tip too? If I do it, I’d like to improve the cosmetic aspect as well.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
