I saw in a promotional post for a plastic surgery clinic that they perform nose surgery using cartilage particles. In cases like this, if inflammation occurs later or something goes wrong, can they be removed again? Since it’s cartilage, I feel like it would engraft or adhere and couldn’t be removed. Is that not the case?
