It’s revision surgery for a contracted nose. Would it be okay to ask them to remove the silicone completely and use autologous dermis and autologous costal cartilage to make it as natural as possible? I’d like some reviews from people who had dermis + autologous costal cartilage My facial features are all on the larger side, so even if my nose isn’t high, I want it to look like a natural, ordinary person’s nose.
