Hello. After getting revision rhinoplasty in March last year with autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and nostril lowering, I developed nostril asymmetry and cartilage protrusion at the upper part of my left nostril, so I’m thinking about having only that area revised
I had surgery to remove the cartilage protrusion at the clinic where I had the revision surgery, but as time passed, it protruded again.
I’m not 100% satisfied with the side line of my nose, but I’m reasonably satisfied, and it feels burdensome to undergo another full revision rhinoplasty. So I’d like to have only the nostril lowering and the protruding cartilage area revised. Is there anyone with a case like mine?
