Hello Actually, I’m someone here who even had my first surgery just a few days ago For the surgery, I was originally scared of putting some kind of foreign material into my nose, so I was only going to remove the fat layer and tie the cartilage, but they said then there would be no visible difference at all, so I decided to take ear cartilage and place just a small amount on top of the nose I didn’t build any columellar strut or anything like that, really just a little on top of the nose… Everything was done closed, and for now I can’t see because of the splint, but it seems natural as I wanted and barely noticeable From the start, I wanted frontal improvement, so I didn’t raise the height…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
