It’s been almost 6 months now, and only my nasal tip has no implant, but the round shape of the nasal tip showing through kind of feels like the ear cartilage is showing through. When I said before that I thought it was done too high, the director said something along the lines of, then later we can just slightly shave down the ear cartilage... Is this also done with an open approach, and would it be a long surgery? The design is okay, but if only cartilage is removed from the nasal tip... Would getting AS at the same hospital be okay or should I just go to another hospital
