I had it done without an implant. They shaved down the hump area, and I don't think it was the whole nasal bridge, but around the middle of the nasal bridge? From below the hump, they placed fascia, and the nasal tip was done with autologous costal cartilage. But now it's been one week, and I can see a step-off.. It's too early to conclude anything, but I'm anxious It feels like the step-off stands out more now than when the splint was removed and the swelling was about to flare up. The nasal tip is high, but there's a slight indentation in the middle, and above that it's bulging again. Has anyone been like me?? The drawing in the photo is a bit exaggerated, but anyway, it's like that, just for reference
