Somehow, I went in only thinking about alar reduction, but once I actually had the consultation, there are so many things I need to do. I have to shave down the dorsal hump too, and something about the nasal tip... I need to think about it more. They said if I only reduce the nostril wings, it’ll kind of look like a bulbous nose, so why is this so difficult? I guess I should just live with my nose.
