I’ve decided to have my 5th revision surgery! It’s been about 13 years since my last surgery ㄷㄷ I thought maybe I should just live with it since I’m older now lol But I feel like if I get even older, I won’t have the courage to have surgery at all. The reason I decided is that right after my last surgery, the columella kept looking diagonally deviated, but the clinic said they couldn’t tell. Still, I was so satisfied that the biggest problems, the pinched nose and crooked nasal bridge, had been corrected, so I figured I wasn’t going to walk around with my head tilted up and just lived with it lol But gradually, it feels like the septum inside the right side of my nose is deviating lol To the point that it’s visible even when I lift my head slightly? Because of that, the columella looks even more deviated. I finished orthodontic treatment around 4-5 years ago, you know? As my mouth went in slightly, the philtrum came down, and I think the columella and septum became more visible, so it started bothering me lol. As for the nasal tip drooping over time, I was like whatever, so I wasn’t greedy about that, but now that my mouth went in, my nose somehow looks short, and on top of that it looks crooked because of the columella and septum But a few days ago while sleeping, I became aware that my right nostril was so blocked that I was sleeping with my mouth open lol Once I noticed it, I kept feeling that breathing had really become more uncomfortable than before lol. It feels like the inside of the nostril keeps touching the septum? So I either scrunch my nose to separate the nostril from the septum, or I lift the right nostril area upward with my hand So, while I’m at it lol, if another 13 years pass after this truly final nose surgery and I have this level of aesthetic concern and discomfort then, I can just live with it from then on lol My hope is that it improves, and even later, as time passes or even if side effects occur, I’d be happy if it just stays at the current state I really have no greed about the line or shape, and since this is now my 5th time and I’m also at an age ㄷㄷㄷ, I’m just hoping that even if it doesn’t turn out well, no major side effects happen! I made the right decision, right? From now on I’ll gather information, and I’ll have the surgery a year later! Everyone, please share lots of good information~~~~!
쫑2당 My nose line also looked crooked from the front, so I think I had surgery for the 4th time. For the real final surgery, I even lowered the nose height because I felt the higher it is, the more noticeable the deviation is.. I really relate to saying you’re doing it without greed,, I hope your surgery goes well.
