I had nose surgery about 8 years ago without knowing anything. At that time, I had silicone inserted, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage.. I also had nostril reduction surgery. I clearly asked them to make it as natural as possible, but the silicone in my nasal bridge was inserted too high, so it turned into a chalk-like nose. Until now, I've been covering it with glasses, but has anyone here had revision surgery in a case like this and become more natural-looking?
