I booked rhinoplasty today. They say if the columellar artery is cut, side effects will definitely occur, so I’m a bit worried. To minimize side effects, I’m not using silicone and will only do the nasal tip in a straight direction using ear cartilage only, because I was told that using septal cartilage could make it bend or collapse.
