I really regret getting surgery without properly looking into it I just heard from someone I know that this place was good at noses and just did it.... Ever since doing it, I’ve only been thinking for years that I want revision surgery.. Because I had a bulbous nose and it was very low, I was satisfied at first since it was better than not doing it.. But as the years passed, the nasal tip drooped more, and I realized the place I went to was really factory-like and not actually good.
Thinking back, I went at my reservation time but waited for hours... During the consultation, I didn’t even have 10 minutes face-to-face and immediately decided on surgery... When I asked if it was possible to lower the columella, they said no, and thinking about it now, it’s ridiculous. I should have gone to more hospitals..... At the time I was young, so I just thought maybe my nose couldn’t be done and moved on.. Ugh, it’s frustrating.
After surgery, when removing the stitches, the area between the nasal tip and nasal bridge looked a little swollen, so I asked what this was, and they only answered that the swelling would go down with time... It still hasn’t gone down It’s just in a state where the nasal tip has drooped... The sizes of both alar bases are different too... The scarring is really bad... Makeup is a must. When I asked if they would do scar laser, they said I’d have to pay... Director... The AS period just passed in a blur, and these days I’m just looking for other hospitals..
I went around to 3 other hospitals, and what one hospital said shocked me. They said the reason scars usually don’t form below the nose at the columella is that they’re supposed to incise the middle of the nose, but my incision was made in an area too close to the mouth. If you incise here, it’s where all the blood vessels gather, so they usually don’t incise here, and they were really sorry about it... To operate again, they would need to incise the middle of the nose, but if blood doesn’t flow smoothly between the previously incised area and the newly incised area, necrosis could occur... They told me to think carefully... I’m already sad about the money being wasted, and now revision surgery is holding me back too... I don’t know why this is happening to me, I just cried. Seriously, please research your first surgery well before doing it...
