Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m thinking about a second revision for a drooping nasal tip

Before surgery, I didn’t have an arrow-shaped nose; it was a hump nose + bulbous nose. During my first surgery, they shaved down the hump and lifted the nasal tip with ear cartilage, but after a year it drooped sharply like an arrow-shaped nose, so I got an aftercare revision at the same clinic using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. After that, I thought it might be getting better, but now, 2 years later, it has drooped again like an arrow-shaped nose… If I end up having surgery again next time, I’m thinking of using autologous costal cartilage. Does costal cartilage not droop the way septal cartilage or ear cartilage does? I don’t want to make the overall height of my nose any higher right now, so what should I do in this case? For everyone here who had revision surgery because of nasal tip drooping after surgery, what did you do??
