If I want to remove permanent filler PerForm, would it be better to open the nose and scrape it out, or to use ultrasound laser suction?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
