I had my first surgery about 5 years ago, and the reason I’m looking into doing it again now is that my nasal tip has drooped too much. For the first surgery, I had silicone and septal cartilage used, and when I do it again, I’m planning to use autologous costal cartilage, because donated costal cartilage feels a bit... The issue is that my nasal tip has drooped, but it also has a pointy look, so I want it to have a rounder feel. That said, I don’t really like something too natural-looking. I went to consultations at three places: ㅇㄹ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㅇㅇ. ㅇㄹ was extremely, extremely naturalistic, and the surgery time was longer than I expected. So I felt that ㅋㅂㅈ matched my aesthetic sense a bit better…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
