Seriously, everyone, help me ㅠㅠ Two years ago, my nasal bone was completely fractured in an accident, so I had a reduction procedure at an ENT clinic and also had rhinoplasty at the same time with silicone and septal cartilage. They said if I only did the reduction, it would be lower than my original nose.. But the problem is, the bridge between my eyes was raised so I look like Avatar, while the nasal tip has dropped, and my nose is even slightly crooked. After thinking about it, I decided that I wanted to live at least once with a face I liked, so I went for a consultation at ㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery. But I felt like it wouldn't be a good fit for me. They said the existing nasal bone fracture was quite severe and that it was a difficult case. Is there anyone who is good at difficult revision rhinoplasty cases where the existing bone was fractured? I don't know if this shape makes sense, but.. I want the nasal tip to be round and naturally refined. Senior members, please recommend placesㅠㅠ I'm desperate. Right now I have consultations booked at ㄷㄹ, ㅋㅇ, and ㅅㅇ. For ㅅㅇ, they said consultation is only possible around October. They told me the surgery fee first, and it was quite high. Please~~~ㅠㅠ
초승달이 I heard ㅅㅇ is good at noses. But getting a consultation there is really hard, huh? Tell them to contact you if there’s a cancellation. Then they may contact you?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
