ㅂㅇㅇ ㅍㄹㅁ ㅅㅅㅇ I definitely plan to do it closed. I went to all of them, but I have to decide by this week because I need to schedule it and have surgery in August. Maybe because ㅂㅇㅇ isn't specialized in removal, they focused more on the shape, so I'm passing on it. The price was much cheaper than I expected. ㅍㄹㅁ said I can choose between closed and open, and that there weren't any major concerns or problematic areas. ㅅㅅㅇ said closed; if I want nasal tip revision, then open. When I asked whether the boundary area from the cartilage graft would disappear, they firmly said no.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
