But I feel like my nasal tip has drooped a little ㅠ For revision/AS!! I’m thinking of adding cartilage to the columella area and adding ear cartilage to the nasal tip. What do you think ..? I tried lifting the nasal tip in the edited version. Do you think it can be lifted about that much ㅠ ?
하이하욤 If it’s been over 2 years, doesn’t that mean AS isn’t possible? As expected, costal cartilage is definitely firm though ㅠㅗ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
