I had surgery without an implant, but developed inflammation

I had rhinoplasty at a place famous for closed surgery, using ear cartilage and ear fascia for nasal tip cartilage tying through closed rhinoplasty. Starting about 6 months after surgery, it became very painful, and I could see inflammation bulging up on my nose. After that, I had a lot going on, so I couldn’t visit the hospital where I had the surgery. For almost 2 years since the surgery, the columella has turned red several times and the inflammation keeps recurring. When an ENT doctor looked inside my nose with an endoscope, the outside looked fine, but after taking a CT scan, they said there was inflammation at the nasal tip…
