My nose shape feels like a short nose/upturned nose. Could anyone who had revision rhinoplasty at The Nan using autologous costal cartilage let me know if they’re satisfied and share a review? For reference, I was told I need: nasal bridge silicone 4 cm, thin coverage with donated dermis, lowering the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, using another piece of autologous costal cartilage as a support strut to keep the nasal tip from turning upward, using as much of the ear cartilage already in the nasal tip as possible, wrapping the nasal tip with slightly thicker donated dermis, lowering the nostrils, bringing out the columella, and lifting the alar wings so it gives the effect of nostril/alar base reduction …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
