Revision surgery vs. complete removal

I sometimes feel pressure, and I’m worried about silicone side effects, so I’m planning to remove the silicone. But I’m debating whether to do complete removal while removing the silicone, or have a nasal tip revision. I had silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage used for the nasal tip. Reasons to do complete removal: 1. I want to stop worrying about my nose. Even if I do complete removal, it’s not like I won’t worry at all, but I’d probably feel less like I’m living with a time bomb in my body. 2. I went for a removal consultation, and they said my nasal tip is showing through. It hasn’t been that long since the surgery, but they said if it’s already showing through now, it will show through rapidly later. So I’m worried that if I leave anything at all in the nasal tip, the show-through might happen again. But …
