- 2003 septoplasty - 2020 septoplasty, nasal valve spreader graft using septal cartilage I had surgery like this. After the 2020 surgery, my columella has been gradually tilting, and my nasal obstruction and mucus pooling have been getting worse. Postnasal drip is also getting worse. When I lift the columella upright with my finger, the symptoms improve, so I want to correct it. On CT, they say the nasal valve and septum have been corrected after surgery, so it seems like only the columella area has developed a problem. The alar cartilage still has its elasticity too. If possible, I want to correct it without cartilage grafting...
