Do you eventually have to remove everything after nose surgery?

If I heard that during a consultation, I feel like I’d hesitate even if I had been about to do it

[@빨깡나비] Yeah, I think it’s good that he tells you about possible complications, but since he said everyone becomes like that after surgery, it’s confusing.

If a lot is inserted, it probably can sag, but if there’s no pain or inflammation, wouldn’t people just live with it?

I hadn’t thought about it that way, but now that I hear it, I do think it could happen..

My uncle is 50, and he said he had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage done 17 years ago. But his nose is still really pretty now…

[@Gkska] The feeling I got during the consultation that day was that rather than being conscientious, it seemed like he didn’t really want to operate on my nose. I went and asked at another hospital, and there were things he said that weren’t correct too.. I realized that just because a doctor is famous doesn’t mean everything he says is right. As expected, you really have to go to consultations at several places.

If you make it too high, is that not naturally what happens???? Like when you look at Hollywood actors who had breast augmentation, later all their skin sags and only the silicone shape is clearly visible.. If it is made excessively high, it would probably be hard for the shape to stay the same, right..? I have been worried about my nose for a few years, so I asked the dermatologist I often go to, and they said every body part has a tendency to return to its original state, like how teeth go right back if you do not wear a retainer after orthodontic treatment. In the case of the nose, if you make it too high, eventually, as time passes, side effects are bound to happen in some form. They also said that even if the primary surgery is fine, if you get revision surgery again because of the shape, the same area is traumatized again and inflammation can suddenly flare up. I do not remember the details, but they said fillers can also swell or have a bigger inflammatory reaction if injected into the same area multiple times.. They said even if you think, 'Is it a bit low?' after the first surgery, you should be satisfied with a moderate height and plan to maintain it to the end. They said easily getting revision surgery because of the shape, and then having contracture suddenly flare up during revision or a second revision, all happens because the nerves keep getting compressed..
