It’s been about 3 months since my first nose surgery, and I’ve been thinking about removal surgery since right after the surgery. I’m definitely going to get it removed, and a few days ago I went to my first consultation at ㅍㄹㅁ. At first, they asked how doing it around winter would be, but after seeing the dermis on the ultrasound, they said it wouldn’t be bad to do it before more adhesions form. I asked whether there’s a difference in the results or recovery of removal surgery between the 3-4 month mark and the 6 month mark, and the doctor said that’s not the case, only that there may be some parts that could be troublesome during surgery. Instead, they said I need to pay a lot of attention to wound healing. I think they were talking about the columellar open-incision scar …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
