I went for a consultation at CM, and since I have a saddle nose, they said they would fill it with autologous dermis and also do the cartilage repositioning with autologous dermis. I thought repositioning was usually done with cartilage, so I found it unusual. Has anyone had removal done here? I’m so worried and scared ㅠㅠ Also, they said that if I remove the septal support, the columella will curl inward. Then if I don’t remove the support, will the columella stay as it is?
