Is there anyone here who had removal at that clinic and then developed functional problems, or whose nose became severely upturned / whose columella became shorter 1 year after removal? They say full removal is the only answer to fixing nasal tip translucency, but they said they would remove both the septal extension graft and the support strut, and wouldn’t even suture the cartilage together.. My nose had a lot done to it, so I’m really anxious.. Everyone seems satisfied at 2 months after removal surgery at that clinic, but I saw reviews saying it became much shorter and more upturned after 1-2 years

익명 Isn’t it just returning to the shape of your original nose? If your original nose was short and upturned, it can’t really be helped

LilyLily I’m 2 years post-op, and my nose hasn’t become upturned or shorter or anything like that. I don’t have any functional problems either
스퍼트닉 [@LilyLily] Thanks for replying. I’m jealous.. I’m leaning toward that clinic too, but they said if they remove even the support strut, the columella will get a bit shorter, so I’m so scared Did you not have anything like that…? Your original nose wasn’t small and upturned, right?
