I had early removal done today My original nose was a completely round seagull shape, but even now my left nose is still pinched into such a triangular shape, so I don’t know whether the doctor only tied the cartilage as they said, or whether they also resected the alar cartilage or what; To me, when they explained it, they said that during cartilage tying, everything had been dissected, so even during full removal, the tip had to be tied a little so the nose wouldn’t spread, and they said it would have no effect at all on the nostril shape, but it seriously looks affected, so I’m wondering if by “dissected” they meant they dissected the alar cartilages that were attached to each other, resected them, and then tied them;;;;;;;;;;;;; Fuck even after full removal, it’s still fucking stressful just the same
