Hello, I had rhinoplasty about 3 years ago using silicone and ear cartilage. At first, I liked it, but as time passed, the nasal tip also drooped, so it looks even longer than my original nose, and everyone who sees it says I look like Pinocchio, so I’m really stressed I’m planning to have nasal implant removal surgery. Is ㅊㅁ clinic okay? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know clinics that are good at nasal implant removal
