Hello, I had rhinoplasty about 3 years ago using silicone and ear cartilage. At first, I liked it, but as time passed, the nasal tip also drooped, so it looks even longer than my original nose, and everyone who sees it says I look like Pinocchio, so I’m really stressed ㅠㅠ I’m planning to have nasal implant removal surgery. Is ㅊㅁ clinic okay? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know clinics that are good at nasal implant removal ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
