It’s been a year and a half since my first surgery where I had my nasal bridge done with autologous costal cartilage. The doctor said too much of it has been absorbed, so they would do an A/S revision with silicone. But is it okay to cover it with silicone without removing the autologous costal cartilage? I’m wondering if that might increase the possibility of inflammation.
Reader 1 So you had your nasal bridge done with autologous costal cartilage. There aren’t many reviews, so.. I can’t believe even an autologous costal cartilage nasal bridge gets absorbed... How is it these days? Did you perhaps redo it with silicone?
