About 5 years ago, I had surgery without an implant, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I naturally had a high nose, so I only wanted to remove the hump without getting nasal tip surgery, but they said that wasn’t possible, so I ended up getting the tip done too. Maybe because they forced my already high nose even higher, as time goes by, the nasal tip cartilage is becoming more and more visible. It’s seriously right before breaking through ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I’m looking into whether to remove everything or get revision surgery, and I’m losing my mind… I’m scared there might be side effects from removing the columellar strutㅠ But even after digging through reviews, why are there no reviews from people years after full removal? I’m scared ㅠㅠ Should I just get revision surgery instead?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
