Last week, for the first surgery, I had the silicone and ear cartilage removed, and 3 days later, for the second surgery, I had autologous dermis surgery. I have a separate review of the first removal surgery. Honestly, at first I was going to only have everything removed, but I got scared because people here and there said it could become even lower than my original nose, that it might not come out completely like my natural-born nose, that my nose could collapse, and things like that, so I decided to put in only a very small amount of autologous dermis. On top of that, my nostril wings had already been cut away, so complete restoration is impossible ㅠㅠ Why did I do that? So I told the director to please add just a really small amount, especially at the nasal tip…
